The Grammy winner’s probation violation has been extended until the 23rd of April. This, however, is reported to have been because the Superior Court Judge James R. Brandlin was most troubled by a comment Chris made during a group therapy session last week at the Malibu Rehab, where he was admitted to.
The rehab facility reported that Brown said he was “good in using guns and knives” in response to an exercise asking him to reflect on what he was good or excelled at.
In addition to the comment he made during this group discussion his other transgressions as cited by the facility include ignoring a worker who was waiting to give him a drug test, rubbing elbows with a woman when he had signed an agreement to stay at least two feet away from all female clients and jokingly telling fellow patients, “I’m going to ask my higher power to take away my troubles.” When asked whether he was serious, Brown said yes while shaking his head no, a report on Brown’s conduct stated.
The singer’s controversial behaviour might be costing him his freedom and career as well, his latest album, X, was due to drop in May but as far as his behaviour’s concerned it might not be released anytime soon.
Chris has recently been diagnosed by the facility with bipolar, suffering from insomnia and post traumatic stress disorder.
